REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY
At CricketPRO, we want to ensure that your online shopping experience is great in terms of range, price and delivery. We understand that there could be situations where you might want to return your purchase and we would be happy to facilitate the same as explained below.
- I bought an item from your website. But this is not what I want.
- or the item is not the correct size. Can I send it back?
Yes, you can. Note: refund and returns policy lasts 7 days due to the nature of the items sold at CricketPRO. During this period clients have sufficient time to fit and check for damaged/broken items. If 7 days have passed since receiving your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund, unless you choose to return item yourself.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
- What do I do? If I received broken/damaged item.
We will send our courier to collect the broken/damaged product and replace it with a new one. Please send us an email to email@example.com or whatsapp 078 025 8285 with an image of the broken/damaged product.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchange/return item to reach you may vary.
Important: To begin the return process, we do require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please make sure that the returned item(s) is/are in an unused state along with all the product tags and labels intact.
Please read and understand the details below so there are no confusion if such cases do arise.
