Cricket bats are made from willow and cane and these natural raw materials will deteriorate with usage, this is what we call ‘wear and tear’.

Generations of cricketers have realized that when a piece of willow is repeatedly hit by a cricket ball then eventually the bat will wear out and start to show signs of ageing. Each piece of willow is different and therefore it is hard to accurately predict the lifespan of a cricket bat.

We understand the heart-break batsmen feel when their favourite bat breaks! With this in mind and to prolong the life of your bat, it is very important to prepare it for match play properly and look after it correctly.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

CricketPRO undertakes to notify me of all courier costs prior to any pickup or delivery. I also understand that once CricketPRO receives my bat they will do a full assessment and contact me to advise me of any additional work which may be required in addition to what I have opted for. I understand that I have the option to decline any suggested repairs if I so wish. Upon receipt of order your bat will be collected within 24 hours and you must ensure that it is covered and protected accordingly eg. bubblewrap/cardboard. When packing your bat do not exceed these dimensions L-90 x W-15x H-10 cm (Max Weight 2KG) if so please let us know as this affect the courier delivery charges built in the system.
